Deposits may be made on VISA, Mastercard, Discover,
cash or traveler's check. A reservation deposit of $75 PER UNIT RENTED will be charged at the time of confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from
your total rental amount. A security deposit of $500 will be due at the time of check out, and is held on a credit card
until the boat is returned. This deposit is refunded after you return the boat undamaged, clean and full of fuel.
We require that you have some prior boating experience to rent our watercraft.
If you cancel any time before two days prior to your reservation date, you will forfeit your $75. If you cancel
within two days, you will be responsible for one day's rental fee. Upon arrival, you will be charged a damage deposit
and will be refunded in the same manner as made when the boat is returned clean and undamaged.
All rental boats must be launched and retrieved by the party making the rental, due to
National Park Service rules and regulations. Your vehicle must be equipped with a two-inch tow ball or we have tow vehicles available for your use. Our tow vehicles are
available for $55 per roundtrip and must be returned after launching. On one-day rentals, you may keep the vehicle the entire day. On multiple day rentals, the vehicle must be
returned to us after you have launched your boat and you will need to pick it up again to retrieve the boat. The tow vehicles are a service we provide our customers as the $55
use fee does not even cover the cost of fuel and insurance. This is a great value. You must pay the park entrance fee of $15.
Weekly rates are based on rentals of seven days and six nights. For rentals longer than
seven days, additional days are added to the weekly rate.
